Prior to founding UCSA, Michelle spent 23 years managing business and technical professions in commercial, private, government, and international sectors. As Senior Vice President for global business development at MEGA International, she was responsible for the strategic development of North and Latin American operations, fostering contract acquisitions with companies such as Nissan, Proctor & Gamble, Direct TV, and Morgan Stanley. Michelle’s favorite quote aptly describes her: “Sing like no one’s listening, love like you’ve never been hurt, dance like nobody’s watching, and live like it’s heaven on earth.”

Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills fueled a prosperous Real Estate career in the Baltimore/Washington DC corridor. He’s a digital marketing geek whose foreword thinking moved his offices into the digital age well ahead of others. With a multichannel background, Joe oversaw marketing operations for Web Health and Info TV studios successfully integrating wildly successful web/TV/direct marketing campaigns. Joe energizes the workplace spawning a fun and creative team atmosphere that feels like family. He is adamant about a healthy work life balance for everyone at UCSA. His love of sports is second only to his family.

Matt willfully captains our most complex initiatives, and has led wildly successful digital campaigns in commercial and Government sectors. Matt is an ultimate gamer and self proclaimed “Technical Ninja”. We think his eyes are turning square!
For over 20 years “Liz” has continued to master her craft. She swiftly and adeptly equips companies of all sizes with preeminent designs that adorn magazines, local/national publications, banners, digital/print/sales collateral, signage, and website assets. She is also the watchful eye that ensures congruent branding across all marketing channels. Liz recently discovered a love of European travel with her daughter Samantha – but if they keep rescuing dogs, they won’t have time to travel!

Brian’s team utilizes an extensive array of multimedia skills to produce exceptional solutions that entertain, inform, educate, and engage your viewership. From simple text to Virtual world animation, Brian’s distinct designs are striking and impactful. He doesn’t like to brag – so we’ll brag for him: He’s responsible for DOT training environments developed to virtually train 1100 inspectors! Brian’s other passions include painting and sculpting, and he is admired for his illustration work.
